Going Gourmet

I just realized this is the first time I cooked anything since I started with my diet beginning of the year. And because I already lost a substantial amount of weight, I think it’s already safe for me to go easier on myself.

I decided to make something a bit fancy, but nothing too heavy or complicated.  Thanks to Epicurious.com for the awesome recipes. I made little tweaks here and there since I forgot a lot of things while grocery shopping. hehe.
